We are looking for an experienced

HR & Administration Officer

with

more than 4 years of experience in the construction field

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting HR operations and administrative functions while ensuring smooth coordination between employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee employee accommodation and transportation arrangements according to site requirements. Manage daily HR operations and provide support across various HR functions. Assist employees with attendance initiation and ensure accurate recordkeeping. Coordinate and support the preparation and submission of timesheets on time. Handle multiple tasks effectively and maintain good communication with employees. Support employee relations and address queries promptly. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in the construction industry. Strong multitasking, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results on time.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
