Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of HR experience in UAE in the
F&B sector
.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and compliance procedures.
Experience working with or supervising PRO/government liaison activities.
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Manage full-cycle HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, contract management, and employee offboarding.
Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and ensure accuracy of HR documentation.
Support employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and performance tracking.
Ensure all HR practices comply with UAE labor laws and internal policies.
Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, and other employee data.
Assist with training, engagement, and retention initiatives.
Administrative Oversight:
Supervise and coordinate with the PRO
on all government-related activities, including:
Visa processing, renewals, and cancellations
Trade license applications, renewals, and amendments
Health cards, tenancy contracts, and municipality approvals
Outlet openings, closings, and relevant regulatory tasks
Ensure timely submission and follow-up of all legal and regulatory documents.
Maintain a tracking system for all government applications, renewals, and company documentation.
