HR & Employee Lifecycle Management
Coordinate with HR on hiring, termination, resignation, annual leave, airfare, and final settlements.
Handle visa/work permit renewals, staff medical insurance, labor card, and Emirates ID processes.
Prepare offer letters and employment agreements; obtain necessary management approvals.
Collect and securely maintain employee documents for visa applications, medical tests, and fingerprinting.
Register new employees in WPS and process WPS cancellations for resigned/terminated staff.
Track daily timesheets, overtime, leave applications (annual, sick, medical), and alternate offs.
Maintain updated job descriptions for all roles across Gallery, Warehouse, and Remote teams.
Prepare and issue salary certificates, employment certificates, and other HR-related documents on request.
Supervise and enforce formal etiquette and conduct standards among gallery staff.
Administrative Coordination
Liaise with PRO for trade license, municipality, labor affairs, staff quota, visa applications, etc.
Monitor and renew all company legal documents: trade, labor, municipality, civil defense, property insurance, etc.
Document and securely store all legal, company, and employee-related papers.
Maintain and monitor gallery/office keys and track their movement among employees.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the Director and Management.
Carry out necessary documentation, approvals, and support tasks for the Director.
Maintain and secure login credentials for applications, cloud services, and agency portals.
Prepare internal memos, incident reports, and policy documents; ensure proper filing.
Coordinate with finance for payroll processing and settlements.
HR & Compliance: Knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa/WPS processes, employee onboarding & offboarding.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
