- Oversee daily HR and administrative operations, ensuring legal compliance.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with company goals.
- Handle payroll processing, performance reviews, and appraisals.
- Administer employee benefits and manage employee relations.
- Maintain employee records and confidential information.
- Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience (2+ years in a supervisory role, UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, adaptable, and a team player.
