Job Description

To develop, maintain and ensure delivery of a resourcing strategy and workplan for Dubai, derived from business strategy and succession plans, ensuring that there are proactive and reactive approaches in place to meet the needs of the business through internal and external resourcing.
- To execute the Company Learning Plan arising from the company\xe2\x80\x99s strategy; through the entire induction and training process needs assessment, development and/or outsourcing of training programs, including content, delivering of training programs and evaluation of effectiveness of training.
- To maintain and manage the succession plans for Dubai; to include a talent management program, that ensures people potential, and capabilities are maximized.
- To seek opportunities to reduce recruitment costs, whilst ensuring the delivery of a system that is robust and fit for the purpose of fulfilling the diverse needs of the company.
- To develop a proactive approach to employee relations, ensuring that an up-to-date framework of policies and procedures is in place and effectively deployed to meet employment laws business needs and values.
- Develop and review policies through internal Boards and bodies.
- To oversee the delivery of colleague, pay reviews, variable pay schemes and benefits in accordance with Group decisions.
- To act as a change agent and personally lead complex HR interventions such as organizational design and development, working with the Group HR Director.
- To lead the development of effective, efficient, and consistently deployed HR systems and processes. The successful candidate will be a Bachelors in HR or similar with at least 10 + years in similar HR roles.
