Job Description

HR & Admin Manager Experience: Minimum 4 years Experience in the same role ( Preferably in the Retail Sector ) Requirements: Human Resources Degree or Equivalent. Fully conversant and up-to-date with all aspects of GCC employment law and HR best practices. Proven generalist experience. Ability to work at both strategic and operational levels. Experience in the development and implementation of employment policies and procedures. Excellent interpersonal skills, written & verbal communication skills Both in English & Arabic. Excellent planning and organization skills to meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail. Creative & forward thinker. Strong facilitation skills. A good working knowledge of HR systems. Must be residing in Bahrain. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
