Job Description
We are seeking a motivated HR & Admin Executive to join Energy Wave Electromechanical Contracting L.L.C in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to contribute to HR operations and support the administrative needs of a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, leave, and other employee data.
- Support payroll processing and ensure HR software is up-to-date.
- Perform general administrative duties and coordinate office operations.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and performance management activities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 0-1 years of experience in HR & Admin roles within the UAE.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
