Skyline Serenity is a premium holiday home management company in Dubai, managing luxury furnished apartments across prime locations such as Downtown and waterfront communities. As we scale our operations, we are looking for a

reliable, detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive

who can own

people operations, payroll coordination, and day-to-day administrative finance support

.

This is a

hands-on role

for someone who wants responsibility, growth, and exposure across HR, admin, and finance operations.

Role Overview



The HR & Admin Executive will manage

end to end hiring coordination

, employee payroll inputs, petty cash tracking, and

utility and expense coordination

across our holiday homes portfolio. You will work

closely with the Accountant and Operations team

to ensure smooth internal operations.

Key Responsibilities



HR & Hiring



Coordinate end-to-end hiring: job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding Maintain employee records, contracts, visa documentation, and HR files Support HR policies, leave tracking, attendance, and employee lifecycle management

Payroll & Employee Administration



Prepare payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, leaves, incentives) for the Accountant Coordinate salary processing and employee benefits documentation Maintain payroll records and HR compliance documentation

Admin & Finance Support



Manage petty cash records and expense tracking Track and coordinate

utility payments

for all units Maintain records of recurring operational expenses and vendor payments Support the Accountant with reconciliations, documentation, and reporting

Reporting & Compliance



Prepare basic HR and admin reports for management Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal company standards Act as a bridge between HR, Operations, and Finance teams

Candidate Requirements



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field

2-4 years of experience

in HR / Admin / Payroll roles (UAE experience preferred) Good understanding of

UAE labour law

, payroll processes, and HR documentation Comfortable handling

numbers, records, and payments

Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills Excellent organizational and communication skills in English High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ownership Hospitality / Holiday Homes / Real Estate experience is a plus
