Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES:
HUMAN RESOURCES:

  • Posting job openings, Screening and interviewing candidates & Coordinating hiring processes.
  • Handling grievances and disputes, promoting a healthy work culture, Managing employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Planning and conducting training programs, Tracking employee development and certifications.
  • Implementing performance review systems, Assisting managers with feedback processes & Identifying training needs and development plans.
  • Monitoring attendance on regular basis and submit report to accounts.
  • Drafting HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, Maintaining employee records and documentation.
  • Workforce planning, Analysing HR metrics & supporting organizational growth.
ADMIN:
  • Maintaining office infrastructure, Coordinating with vendors for office supplies and services,
  • Overseeing repair and maintenance of office equipment
  • Managing security, housekeeping, and maintenance staff, Overseeing workplace safety protocols.
  • Handling contracts for office services (cleaning, IT support, etc.), Negotiating with vendors and ensuring service level agreements are met
  • Tracking company assets and inventory, coordinating procurement and disposal and Maintaining asset registers.
