Position: HR / Admin (Strong Accounts + Real Estate Listings Experience)

Key Responsibilities



HR & Recruitment



Handle end-to-end recruitment processes (job posts, screening, interviews, onboarding). Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and maintain employee files. Manage attendance, leave records, and compliance with UAE Labour Law. Assist with staff onboarding & training.

Administration (Real Estate)



Must know and handle Forms A, B, and F.

Create and manage listings on major property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.). Coordinate RERA documentation, Trakheesi, tenancy, and other real estate admin tasks. Manage office operations, front desk coordination, and file management. Communicate with agents for listing updates, documents, approvals, and transactions.

Accounts (Strong Skill Required)



Manage daily accounts tasks: data entry, expense recording, petty cash, and reconciliations. Prepare invoices, track receivables/payables, and assist with commission calculations. Support with VAT filing preparation & basic financial reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
