We are looking for a highly organized and people-focused
HR Administrator
with a background in the
hospitality industry
. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR processes, employee relations, and administrative tasks, with a strong understanding of the dynamics and demands of the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee records, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and compliance
Coordinate recruitment activities for frontline and support staff
Administer payroll changes, leave tracking, and attendance systems
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives tailored to hospitality environments
Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Assist in organizing training programs and maintaining training records
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Liaise with department heads to support staffing and workforce planning
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience (2-3 years) in an HR/Admin role, preferably in hotels, restaurants, resorts, or similar
Familiarity with labor regulations in hospitality contexts
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
