We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Admin
to join our team at Al Nasr Driving Academy. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth communication and effective administrative support to our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle staff records, contracts, and employee files
Support recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and collecting documents
Monitor attendance, leaves, and other HR-related reports
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures
Assist in payroll preparation and staff benefits processing
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Support daily administrative tasks and HR-related communications
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR/Admin role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiar with Qatar labor law and HR procedures
Proficient in MS Office and basic HR software
Tagalog-speaking candidates are preferred
Available to join immediately or within a short period
