HR & Admin
HR related tasks such as visa issuance, salary processing, preparation of letters required for any government activities and also assist the CEO in his daily tasks etc
Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation.
Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off
Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
Answer employees\' questions and provide requested information
Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
Handle the front desk, answering the phone calls and provide needed information
Greeting visitors, helping them navigate through an office
Maintain calendars for appointments, sort mail, make copies
Required Skills
Any university diploma or graduation
The candidate should be presentable, active, confident with excellent communication skills in English
If the candidate has a driving license, would appreciate but not mandatory
Salary : AED 4500 - 5000 per month.
