Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.
Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Assist with new employee onboarding, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters.
Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
Maintain HR databases and generate reports as needed.
Assist in the coordination of employee training and development programs.
Assist in the organization and execution of employee events and initiatives.
Maintain compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
Collaborate with other members of the HR team to support departmental goals and initiatives.
