Job Description

  • Administering payroll & maintaining employee records
  • Handle MOM matters including work pass application / renewal / cancellation.
  • Workers dormitory arrangement.
  • Coordinate with training & Development.
  • Prepare employment letter, confirmation letter, warning letter, etc.
  • Support admin function for purchasing, report typing and invoicing.
  • License renewal & preparation of documents for submission.
  • Prosses good organization, communication and people\'s skills
  • Any ad-hoc HR & admin duties assigned.
  • Husband visa preferred.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • Arabic (Preferred)
