Job Description

Profile: HR & Admin Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in all administrative activities related to the company
  • Completing the new joiners formalities.
  • Assisting and coordinating in employees visa application process
  • Assisting the staff for new bank account opening.
  • Coordinating on health policy cover issued to the staff.
  • Coordinating for any claim reimbursement.
  • Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system and record keeping (physical and soft copies)
  • Keeping an update on attendance and leaves.
  • Generating monthly MIS reports.
  • Handling visitors and vendors
  • Handling internal and external calls
  • Handling internal and external emails
  • Coordinating for visa arrangements and travel tickets with company authorized vendors.
  • Ensuring proper inventory control & supervision of all stationary items, maintaining ledgers and records
  • coordinate with all employees through email or calls
  • Assisting in day-to-day basic activity of HR
Skills:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentable and independent
  • Ability to multi task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Email Etiquette
  • Microsoft Tools (outlook, excel, word etc)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar role. Education: Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
