Key Responsibilities
Assist with
HR administrative tasks
including employee records, files, and documentation
Support
onboarding and offboarding
processes
Maintain and update
employee databases and HR systems
Coordinate with employees on
HR-related queries
Assist in preparing
HR letters, contracts, and internal documents
Support attendance, leave management, and basic payroll coordination
Coordinate with internal teams for
compliance and policy adherence
Provide general
administrative support
to the HR department as required
Eligibility Criteria
Nationality:
UAE National (Mandatory)
Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field
Experience:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Basic knowledge or interest in
HR operations and administration
Good communication skills in
English
(Arabic is a plus)
Proficient in
MS Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook)
Willingness to learn and grow within the HR function
