Our company is looking for candidate for Human Resource Officer (Arabic Nationality).
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to join our HR department. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and HR best practices. This role will involve recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, and general HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the full recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
Manage employee relations issues and resolve conflicts professionally.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed.
Support payroll and attendance tracking processes.
Facilitate performance appraisal processes.
Assist in visa processing, renewals, and other government-related documentation if required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven HR experience.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in an industrial or corporate environment.
Professional certification (CIPD, SHRM, etc.) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
