Key Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Process payroll, leave records, and attendance reports.
Manage petty cash, receipts, and expense tracking.
Prepare and record vouchers, invoices, and payment transactions.
Coordinate with management regarding HR and accounting reports.
Support daily administrative tasks and filing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR and/or accounting roles.
Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (e.g.,
Xero
, QuickBooks, or similar).
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
