Our company is looking for a highly versatile and experienced
Operations Executive
who can confidently handle
Procurement, Accounts, Administration, and Human Resources
. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized professional with strong industry knowledge and the ability to manage multiple functions independently.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement
Source, negotiate, and finalize materials/services for fit-out and landscaping projects.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
Accounts
Manage basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, payment follow-ups, petty cash, and expense tracking.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and coordinating with the external accountant/auditor.
Administration
Oversee day-to-day office operations, documentation, filing, and coordination across departments.
Maintain company records, contracts, and project documentation.
Human Resources
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Prepare HR letters, maintain attendance/leave records, and support HR compliance procedures.
Requirements
Minimum 2-5 years of experience
in a similar multifunctional role.
Mandatory experience
in the
fit-out and/or landscaping industry in the UAE
.
Strong knowledge of UAE procurement processes and industry suppliers.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; accounting software knowledge is a plus.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple responsibilities.
