Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced
Housekeeping Trainer
to lead training programs for our housekeeping staff in a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will ensure that cleaning protocols, hygiene standards, and infection control measures are properly implemented and maintained.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on
cleaning protocols, infection control, and safety procedures
. Develop and updatetraining materials and modules
. Monitor and assessstaff performance
, providing feedback and coaching. Ensure compliance withhealthcare hygiene and safety regulations
. Stay updated onindustry best practices and cleaning standards
.Requirements:
Proven experience in
healthcare housekeeping
or a related field. Strongcommunication and presentation
skills. Certification inhygiene and infection control standards
. Previoustraining or coaching experience
is mandatory.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
