Key Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the Project Supervisor in managing housekeeping operations and staff
Supervise and coordinate a team of housekeeping operatives at assigned sites
Plan and organize daily workloads to ensure effective coverage and service delivery
Ensure housekeeping services meet agreed service levels and quality standards
Monitor staff performance and provide operational guidance as required
Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and clients to meet operational needs
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies, procedures, and site guidelines
Address operational issues or service-related concerns in coordination with supervisors
Maintain records, reports, and documentation as per company and client requirements
Ensure housekeeping activities comply with ISO standards and local municipal regulations
Candidate Requirements
3-year Diploma
7-9 years of relevant experience
in housekeeping operations
Facility Management company experience
Experience supervising housekeeping teams in residential, commercial, or mixed-use facilities
Strong people management, planning, and organizational skills
Good communication skills in
English (spoken and written)
Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
