Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
1-3 years UAE experience in the same field MALE Any Nationality UAE Driver's License Cancelled visa BICS Certificate is an advantage
Staff management and training
Supervise and schedule:
Oversee daily operations, assign tasks, and create staff schedules.Train new and current staff:
Train employees on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and facility standards.Monitor performance:
Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance appraisals.Manage absences:
Organize replacement staff when needed.Cleaning and quality control
Inspect work:
Regularly inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and quality standards.Ensure compliance:
Make sure all cleaning and sanitation procedures are followed, as well as all health and safety regulations.Address issues:
Respond to and resolve any guest or employee complaints and issues promptly.Inventory and supplies
Monitor and order:
Track the inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, and place orders as needed.Issue supplies:
Distribute supplies and equipment to the staff.Maintain equipment:
Ensure all equipment is in good working order, coordinating repairs or replacements when necessary.Reporting and administration
Record data:
Maintain records on personnel actions, work assignments, and performance.Prepare reports:
Generate reports on department performance for management.Manage budget:
Some roles may also involve managing the department's budget and making purchasing recommendations.Job Type: Full-time
