Train new and current staff:
Train employees on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and facility standards.
Monitor performance:
Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance appraisals.
Manage absences:
Organize replacement staff when needed.
Cleaning and quality control
Inspect work:
Regularly inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and quality standards.
Ensure compliance:
Make sure all cleaning and sanitation procedures are followed, as well as all health and safety regulations.
Address issues:
Respond to and resolve any guest or employee complaints and issues promptly.
Inventory and supplies
Monitor and order:
Track the inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, and place orders as needed.
Issue supplies:
Distribute supplies and equipment to the staff.
Maintain equipment:
Ensure all equipment is in good working order, coordinating repairs or replacements when necessary.
