Overview
We are seeking a professional and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor for a live-out position in Rabdan, Abu Dhabi. The role requires a hands-on leader who can maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and service for a private household or VIP residence.
Requirements:
- Must have demonstrated experience in the UAE as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Prior service for a VIP or private family is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills, with the ability to train and supervise housekeeping staff.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Solid knowledge of cleaning products, inventory management, and basic maintenance coordination.
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and the ability to uphold strict confidentiality.
- Work Schedule: 6 days per week, 12 hours per day.
- Benefits: Employment visa, health insurance, annual paid leave, and a return flight after 2 years of service (in accordance with UAE Labour Law).
