Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Staff is responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe environment within the medical facility, ensuring compliance with healthcare cleanliness standards. In addition to routine cleaning responsibilities, the candidate must also possess a valid UAE driver's license to assist with facility-related errands, transportation of staff or items, and other duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:Housekeeping Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of patient rooms, consultation rooms, reception areas, restrooms, hallways, and other medical areas. Disinfect frequently touched surfaces as per infection control protocols. Collect and dispose of waste, including clinical waste, in line with safety procedures. Replenish supplies (toilet paper, hand sanitizer, soap, etc.) as needed. Assist in laundry tasks for linens, towels, and uniforms, ensuring hygiene standards. Report any maintenance issues or facility hazards promptly to the supervisor. Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety policies required in a healthcare setting.

Driving Responsibilities (if required):

Transport clinic staff, documents, or supplies as requested by management. Drive safely and follow all UAE traffic regulations. Maintain cleanliness, fuel level, and service schedule of the assigned vehicle. Assist in pick-up or drop-off of deliveries, medical items, or equipment. Be available for urgent transportation needs during operational hours.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cleaning, preferably in a medical, dental, or clinical environment. Knowledge of infection control and hygiene protocols in a healthcare setting. Valid UAE driver's license (manual or automatic). Ability to communicate in English (basic Arabic is a plus). Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.

Preferred Skills:

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols. Trustworthy, reliable, and professional in behavior and appearance. Able to multitask and manage time efficiently. Willingness to assist in driving or errands when required.
