Key responsibilities
Cleaning guest rooms:
Dusting and wiping furniture, washing sinks, toilets, and floors, and polishing fixtures.Making beds and tidying:
Arranging and tidying guest belongings while cleaning and making beds.Replenishing supplies:
Restocking guest amenities such as glasses, toiletries, and towels.Maintaining public areas:
Ensuring cleanliness in areas like corridors, pantries, and lobbies.Managing equipment and supplies:
Keeping cleaning carts organized, monitoring linen supplies, and reporting any damaged equipment or furniture.Reporting issues:
Informing supervisors of any maintenance needs, damages, or malfunctioning appliances in the rooms.Required skills and experience
Customer service:
Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for addressing guest needs politely and efficiently.Physical ability:
The ability to be on your feet for long periods and lift objects up to 505050 pounds is often necessary.Attention to detail:
