Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of grooming, punctuality, and professional conduct during duty
• Ensure guest corridors, stairways, service pantries, and assigned blocks remain safe, clean, and orderly
• Report defects or maintenance issues in assigned areas to team leaders
• Keep housekeeping equipment clean and in good working condition
• Follow fire safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures
• Handle cleaning chemicals and housekeeping tools correctly for safe daily operations
• Assist in stocking and organizing supplies to ensure availability for guest needs
• Adapt to changes in tasks, processes, and work environment
• Deliver attentive, responsive, and courteous service to internal and external guests
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and support colleagues to maintain service excellence
• Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively
