ATLANTA TRAINING CENTER vocational institute in Dubai, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Instructor to lead our Professional Housekeeping Training Program. This course is designed to train individuals from the ground up, preparing them for successful careers in Dubai's competitive and world-class hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured training sessions covering all aspects of professional housekeeping.
• Teach students about cleaning techniques, hygiene standards, guest room preparation, laundry services, and use of cleaning equipment.
• Emphasize customer service, attention to detail, and professional presentation.
• Prepare students for real-world employment in hotels, resorts, and private residences.
• Conduct practical assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure training aligns with Dubai's hospitality standards and KHDA requirements.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in housekeeping within the hospitality industry (preferably in Dubai or the GCC).
• Prior experience in training, mentoring, or supervising housekeeping staff.
• Strong knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations, tools, and hygiene protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).

• Familiarity with Dubai's hospitality standards and guest expectations.
• Ability to train individuals with no prior experience in a supportive and motivating manner.
• Knowledge of cultural sensitivity and professionalism in diverse work environments.
