Housekeeping Supervisor (Farm/Villa Area)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Housekeeping Supervisor

to oversee and manage the cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of a private farm/villa area. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of hygiene and housekeeping are consistently maintained, while supervising and guiding the housekeeping team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily housekeeping operations for the villa and farm facilities.

Train, monitor, and support housekeeping staff.

Ensure rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces are kept clean and orderly.

Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and inventory.

Report maintenance issues to management.

Uphold safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility with working hours and schedules.
