Requirements:
Valid UAE Driving License Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role in farming or agriculture
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily farm operations including planting, harvesting, irrigation, and livestock care Supervise and train farm workers, ensuring safety and productivity Manage equipment maintenance, supply inventory, and work schedules Monitor crop growth and livestock health; coordinate with veterinary and agronomic professionals Ensure compliance with environmental and government regulations Report progress, issues, and production metrics to management

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
