Oversee daily housekeeping operations for residential villas, lobbies, corridors, parks, pools, gyms, and all common-use areas.
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff, including cleaners, supervisors, and external vendors or service contractors.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and routines, including periodic deep cleaning and seasonal tasks.
Ensure proper cleaning, maintenance, and presentation of outdoor and indoor community areas.
Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure compliance with community standards and cleanliness protocols.
Maintain stock of cleaning materials, equipment, and consumables; ensure proper usage and timely replenishment.
Coordinate waste collection and segregation procedures in alignment with community sustainability goals.
Work closely with maintenance, landscaping, and security teams to address cross-functional operational needs.
Train housekeeping staff on safety, equipment handling, and cleaning standards.
Handle resident complaints and service requests professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare operational reports and performance reviews; track KPIs such as cleanliness scores, staff productivity, and resident feedback.
Ensure compliance with local health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Facility Management, or related field preferred.
4-6 years of experience in housekeeping or facility management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in a residential or hospitality environment.
Experience managing teams across large areas, such as gated communities, resorts, or residential complexes.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Working knowledge of housekeeping tools, chemicals, and equipment.
Good interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in English is required (other languages are a plus).
Ability to work under pressure and during weekends or holidays as needed.
