? Take care of Factory operation, monitor the sales, maintenance and product development.
? Coordinating with Accounts, HR and Procurement for Hiring, Budgeting & Raw material purchase.
? Overseeing the production process of the factory, ensuring that orders are completed on time, and that the quality of the products produced meets the company's standards.
? Interact with the employees, prepare reports on the current condition of logistics, and decide on the next course of action.
? Plays a key role in chalking out the overall operational policy.
? maximizing the output of the various support services.
? Needs to ensure that the necessary administrative and legal formalities are completed.
? Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
? Responsible for managing the budget and ensuring that all costs are kept under control.
? Overseeing the development and training of the existing staff. They will also be required to ensure that the safety regulations of the factory are adhered to.
? The Executive Manager will be required to develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the factory and its products
Requirements
25 to 30 years' experience.
Managing P&L of whole organization including sales team.
Preferably from Steel Fabrication/Security Fencing industry.
Qatar/GCC Experience required.
BE Mechanical with MBA preferred.
