Job Summary
IIQAF is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for our staff, students, and guests. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent time-management skills, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all areas of the IIQAF facilities, including offices, conference rooms, and common areas
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and restock supplies
• Replenish towels, linens, and other amenities in guest rooms and common areas
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Report maintenance issues and assist with resolving them
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to staff, students, and guests
• Communicate with management regarding any issues or concerns

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
