• Maintain household budgets, track expenses, and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the property, coordinating with service providers as needed.
• Develop and implement household policies and procedures for staff and service.
• Act as a liaison between the family and external service providers, ensuring clear communication.
• Handle personal errands and requests from the family with discretion and professionalism.
• Maintain inventory of household supplies and manage procurement processes.
