Job Description
A house manager cum housekeeper will play a vital role behind the scenes, not to mention a welcome and reassuring presence for family and friends.
Responsibilities:
Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting and rearranging the room after guests check out Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances Provide hands-on assistance to guests and cater their needs Understand the company's policy on work shifts, guest's possessions and privacy issues Prepare dining, serving meals and beverages, entertainment arrangements.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as a house manager or housekeeper Guest-oriented and friendly Energetic & Presentable Prioritization and time management skills Knowledge of English language High school degree or equivalent
