Key Requirements
Proven experience as a
House Manager / Estate Manager
in a large private household, palace, or luxury hospitality setting.
Demonstrated ability to manage
large teams (up to 100 staff)

Experience supervising
multinational staff
.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to enforce discipline and standards.
Background in
hospitality, luxury residences, or estates
preferred.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
Willing to work

Responsibilities
Oversee all household operations and staff performance.
Plan schedules, assign duties, and monitor output.
Handle staff issues, discipline, and replacements.
Coordinate vendors, maintenance, and service providers.
Maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
Provide regular updates to the family representative.
