Location : Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE Salary : pa, net, $80,000 - $90,000 Job Pay Interval : Monthly Contract Length : Permanent Working Days : 6 days a week, 12 hours a day Start Date : ASAP Contractual Notice Period : 4 weeks Nature of Business : Private Household Statement : House Manager role focusing on increasing standards amongst the housekeeping team Job Summary: Our client lives in the city of AL Ain, 1.5 hours' drive from Abu Dhabi, and is looking for an experienced and organised candidate to oversee the smooth running of their home. You will be required to work 6 days per week, 12 hours per day. Duties: The main focus of this role will be to manage the team of 5 housekeepers and elevate their standards You will be responsible for managing household rotas and schedules Writing household manual Training and developing the staff Organise and supervise events Manage household budgets Inventories Being the main point of contact between the principal and staff Have knowledge and be happy to assist with housekeeping when required PA duties Candidate requirements The ideal candidate will have an excellent eye for detail and be able to ensure that all the rooms in the house are presented to the same high standard You do not necessarily need to have worked in the Middle East before, but it is essential that you have worked in big homes and have managed a large team You need to be a good team player, be able to build up good relationships with the staff, and be able to lead from the front Accommodation You will be provided with your own bedroom and bathroom with the use of staff areas within the compound You will be provided with a return plane ticket to your home country each year Healthcare insurance DBS check required at offer stage
