A hot wire operator is a person who operates a specialized machine called a hot wire foam cutter. This machine is used to cut or shape foam materials, typically expanded polystyrene (EPS) or similar foam products. The candidate must have the following skills and experience to be considered: * Interpret and understand drawings and models provided by the Manager. Determine the required cuts, shapes, and dimensions for the materials. * Set up and prepare the hot wire cutting machine, ensuring that it is properly calibrated and all safety measures are in place. This includes connecting power sources, adjusting wire tension, and positioning the cutting table or platform. * Prepare the materials for cutting by measuring, marking, and securing them to the cutting table or fixture. * Operate the hot wire cutting machine to cut and shape foam materials according to the design requirements, ensuring precision and accuracy in the cuts, perform assembly of the cut elements based on the drawings provided and understand how to fit the different elements together. * Inspect the cut pieces to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards. * Perform routine maintenance on the hot wire cutting machine, including cleaning the cutting wire, checking and replacing worn-out parts, and ensuring the machine is in proper working condition. * Optimize the use of materials to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. Plan and organize cutting patterns to maximize material utilization while maintaining design integrity. Technical Knowledge required: To be considered for this position, extensive experience in the follow software is required:

• 3d studio max
• Sketchup
• AutoCAD / Revit

Experience in the hotwire software is desired:

• Chroma

The operator must be able to convert files between these software packages and also understand how to convert the drawings into the format required for the Hotwire (Chroma 10410 UHD+) machine to operate on. Skills and Competency: * Previous experience operating hot wire cutting machines or similar equipment in a design or manufacturing setting desired.
* Strong understanding of design principles
* Proficiency in interpreting and understanding design plans, sketches, or specifications
* Knowledge of different foam materials and their properties
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain precision in cutting operations
* Creative problem-solving skills to overcome design and production challenges
* Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities
* Time Management skills
* Able to work under pressure and night shifts Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent
* 2 years Experience in working as a hot wire operator or draftsman preferably with Architectural specialists
* Able to communicate in English, Hindi is desirable
* Will be based primarily in Dubai but may be required to located to Saudi Arabia. Job Type: Full-time Language:
