As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and energetic

Hotel Sales Executive

to join our Sales & Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven hospitality professional eager to grow their career in a fast-paced and rewarding sales environment.

Job Purpose

The Hotel Sales Executive will support the Sales Department in generating new business, maintaining existing accounts, and maximizing revenue opportunities across corporate, leisure, and MICE segments. Responsible for promoting the hotel's leisure products and services, generating revenue from individual guests, tour operators, and travel agencies, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to maximize leisure sales. Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with travel agents and tour operators. Respond to inquiries and provide quotations for leisure guests. Maintain accurate sales records and reports. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

Minimum one year of experience in hotel sales (leisure market preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must own a car and have a valid UAE driving license. Must be based in Dubai.
