Job Title: Sales Executive - Leisure
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Sales Manager / Director of Sales
Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on the leisure market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with tour operators, travel agents, online travel portals, and FIT (Free Independent Traveler) clients to maximize room nights and revenue for the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify, target, and solicit new leisure business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential leisure clients.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and rate agreements to clients.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and familiarization trips for key accounts.
• Collaborate with the revenue management team to develop competitive pricing strategies for the leisure segment.
• Attend local and international travel trade shows and sales missions as required.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the leisure segment.
• Ensure all client information, sales activities, and correspondence are accurately recorded in the hotel's CRM system.
• Provide timely feedback to management on performance, market conditions, and client needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry with a focus on the leisure market.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Existing portfolio of contacts within the leisure travel industry is a significant advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel CRM software.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
