Job Description

We are looking for an Hotel experienced Sales Executive to join. As a Sale Executive, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients' needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end. Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard

• Make lists of potential clients and conduct surveys to identify customers actively seeking a hotel
• Contact customers via calls or arranged meetings to discover their needs and requirements.
• This will be a target based job. Responsibility include frequent visit at Tour agents, corporate offices, schools, government establishments etc
• Min 2 years Sales experience in similar field. UAE driving license. Good English communication skills in both writing mails and with verbal. Computer knowledge in preparing presentation, handling excel files, social media promotions (we have IT team for social media promotions, but the follow up of inquiry is must) etc.

• Prepare and present sales proposal to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the hotel
• Provide customers with a list of available services and their accompanying prices and offer discounts when necessary
• Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate service that best meet their specifications and needs
• Oversee the booking and reservation of space in a hotel to ensure availability and proper arrangement
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure clients have a good time
• Monitor the customer service quality of the hotel to ensure customers are tended to appropriately

Requirements -

• Minimum 2 years 4*/ 5* hotel experience.

• 5% incentive will be provided upon completing target.
• Should have Valid UAE Driving License.
• English language proficiency is must
• Monthly Salary Range: AED 2500 to 4000.00 depending on the experience
