We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented professional to drive sales and foster strong client relationships. This role involves preparing proposals, meeting sales targets, coordinating with internal teams, following up on leads, managing contracts, and supporting site inspections--all to help grow the business effectively.
Here's how you'll make an impact each day:
Closing sales deals strategically while meeting assigned targets.
Creating tailored proposals and following up to secure bookings.
Collecting signed contracts and sharing post-event client feedback.
Conducting site inspections and supporting the Sales Team in conversions.
Handling daily tasks and calls professionally in accordance with hotel policies

At least 3 to 4 years of hotel experience in a 3 to 4-star property.
Prior experience in the UAE hotel industry, especially in Dubai.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai market and tourism sector.
Skilled at working collaboratively.
