Responsibilities:
Manage hotel reservations through the company website. Assist customers and travelers who wish to make reservations. Ensure a smooth and satisfying booking experience for clients.
Requirements and Experience:
Minimum: High school diploma (Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred). At least one year of experience with hotel reservation systems (beneficial but not mandatory). Strong customer service and communication skills with different personalities. Ability to work cooperatively within a team. Fluent in English.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED3,800.00 per month
