Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate billing records.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly.
Adhere to hotel policies and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work

Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS) is a plus.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
