Job Description
We are currently looking for compassionate and skilled Home Nurses to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Provide medical care and nursing services to patients in their homes. Monitor patient health and vital signs, and report any changes to the care team. Assist with medication management and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Help with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance. Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requirements:
Valid nursing license (RN or LPN). Previous experience in home care nursing is preferred. Compassionate, patient, and attentive to details. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Availability for flexible hours, including weekends if needed.Benefits:
