About the role

We are hiring for a Hotel Manager to join W Dubai The Palm! You will be overseeing the daily operations of our hotel ensuring efficient management, and providing strategic direction.

You will responsible for supervising staff, managing budgets, implementing marketing strategies, handle customer interactions, and maintain compliance with laws and guidelines. You will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction, expanding clientele, and upholding the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s reputation.

The hotel manager must be able to guide the employees to work as a well-functioning team. Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a team player and an effective leader, able to set examples and foster a climate of cooperation.

We are looking for a Hotel Manager with a strong background in Food & Beverage and Michelin star restaurant experience!

About you

• Previous experience as Hotel Manager within a 5 star luxury hotel
• UAE or Middle East experience is a must
• Food & Beverage experience is a must
• Michelin Star and Speciality Restaurant experience is a must
• Available to start immediately
