Job Summary: Looking for a Hotel Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience

Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
Proven work experience as a hotel manager or in a similar role required
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction
Ability to manage a diverse team and foster a positive work environment
Must have sound knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage as well as maintenance
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities required
Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and cost control
Must be flexible to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
