Job Summary: Looking for a Hotel Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Oversee and manage all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance as well as guest services
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional guest experiences
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to maximize operational efficiency and profitability
  • Collaborate with department heads to set departmental goals, monitor progress and provide support as needed
  • Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by overseeing the implementation of personalized service standards throughout the hotel
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly, taking appropriate measures to exceed guest expectations
  • Promote a guest-centric culture among the hotel staff, encouraging a warm, welcoming and attentive approach to guest interactions
  • Recruit, train and develop a competent and motivated team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback and identify opportunities for professional growth
  • Develop and manage the hotel\'s annual budget, closely monitoring expenses and revenue to ensure profitability
  • Implement effective cost-control measures without compromising service quality
  • Evaluate financial reports, identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to drive occupancy rates and revenue growth
  • Carry out any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • The applicant must have a background in Hospitality Management, Business Management, Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 5 to 10 years\' experience in the hospitality, F&B, tourism, working for a large volume business unit
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, industry trends and best practices
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce
  • Passionate to grow and develop self and others
  • Strong relator with ability to build relationships
  • Strategic, creative and able to communicate effectively
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with guests, staff and stakeholders
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
