The Hotel Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating management activities of operations in conjunction with the Area General Manager in order to maximize profitability and to ensure high standard guest service and product quality.

The Hotel Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating management activities of operations in conjunction with the Area General Manager in order to maximize profitability and to ensure high standard guest service and product quality.

- Maintain product and service quality standards to exceed guest expectations.
- Develop, recommend, implement and manage the operational departments\xe2\x80\x99 annual and long-term goals.
- Evaluate changes in guest needs to recommend appropriate product/service and operational changes as necessary.
- Manage performance issues that arise within departments, as well as train, develop, coach and counsel team members and managers.
- Ensure full compliance with operating controls and legislation in all areas of the business.
- Minimum of 5 years operational management experience preferably in a luxury setting.
- A strong Sales & Marketing background and understanding of hotel operations and administration including, finance, budgeting, forecasting, human resources, revenue management.
- Ability to create positive, appropriate, effective and sustainable working relationships with a diverse group of people at all levels in all circumstances;
- Passionate about hospitality.
