We are currently seeking a professional and courteous

Hotel Driver

to join our team and serve as a key part of our guest services experience. As a

Hotel Driver

, you will be responsible for providing safe, timely, and courteous transportation for hotel guests and staff. This role plays a vital part in creating a positive first and last impression for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport hotel guests to and from designated locations (e.g., airport, attractions, business centers) Assist guests with luggage and provide friendly, professional customer service Perform regular vehicle safety checks and maintenance reporting Maintain cleanliness and appearance of hotel vehicles Stay informed of local traffic patterns, road closures, and directions Support front desk or concierge team with guest requests when needed Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel, and passenger logs Support hotel operations with local errand as needed

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous driving or customer service experience preferred Strong knowledge of the local area and major landmarks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Professional appearance and demeanor
